The Space LCD line includes advanced closed-type liquid cooling systems with optional RGB backlighting and an auxiliary screen for displaying system information. In terms of their technical capabilities, they surpass most of the manufacturer’s other drops, including models of the Pinkflow, Frostflow and Auraflow series, and therefore will serve even the most demanding gamers and overclocking enthusiasts who need high-quality cooling of hot multi-core processors.
A unique feature of the Space LCD is the colorful 2.1-inch LCD display located directly on the water block. The screen not only looks nice, but also allows you to display useful information about the processor, video card or LSS. In the ID-COOLING Space software, you can configure the display of information on the water block display, including the necessary indicators, font and background so that the image is clearly readable. The maximum brightness of the output image can reach 600 cd/m2, and 16.8 million colors make it pleasing to the eye.
As a rule, all new products in the series are available in several sizes (240 and 360 mm), as well as two colors (black and white). At the time of writing this material (note: March 2024), the main star of the series is the two-section model ID-COOLING SL240, which, according to the manufacturer, is the best option for silent gaming and work assemblies with processors of the Core i7/Ryzen 7 level. It is equipped with a pair of turntables with PWM adjustment from 500 to 2000 rpm and is capable of removing up to 300 W of heat from the processor, which is a very respectable result. SL240 is compatible with all current processor sockets, including Intel LGA1200 with LGA1700 and AMD AM4 with AM5.
