Head microphones

Head

— microphones mounted directly on the head — usually with a special hoop with soft pads or temples. According to the specifics of application, they are similar to lavalier models (see the relevant paragraph): they are used in situations where hands need to be left free, and stationary equipment is inconvenient — for example, during TV shows or performances on stage. At the same time, it should be noted that the possibility of using head microphones practically does not depend on the characteristics of clothing.
