Microphones with USB-A interface

— the USB connection assumes the transfer of sound in digital format; accordingly, microphones with this interface are, by definition, equipped with built-in analogue-to-digital converters. Although this standard originally appeared in computer technology, it has not received much distribution in computer and laptop microphones — in most cases it is more convenient to connect them through a specialized audio card input, the 3.5 mm mini-jack standard. But among studio models, USB is quite popular: transferring sound in digital form reduces the level of interference and facilitates subsequent processing.
