Coil filter

— filters in which the cable for connecting to the network during storage is wound on a coil installed in the device housing. Thanks to this cable, you can rewind exactly as much as you need, without worrying about where to put its excess. At the same time, the coil noticeably affects the dimensions and weight of the housing, and with a relatively small number of sockets, such models are noticeably larger than extension filters (see the relevant paragraph). Therefore, this design is mainly used among professional models equipped with a long wire, for which the described convenience of working with a wire is more important than the dimensions of the case.
