Arm blaster (bicep isolator)

It is often used in bicep curls with a barbell or dumbbells when you want to "catch" the correct trajectory and avoid cheating with the body. The closest comparison is the Scott bench: both options limit movement and aid in isolation, but the arm blaster is more compact and suitable even where there is no special bench. Example: when lifting an EZ-curl bar with an arm blaster, it's easier to keep the elbows stable and feel the biceps throughout the entire range.
