Sliding discs
— small "sliders" for feet or hands that allow you to perform exercises with controlled sliding on the floor, increasing the load on the core and stabilizer muscles. They are particularly good for home training as they provide many options without bulky machines: sliding lunges, "mountain climbers," leg extensions backward, knee tucks, lying leg curls. It's similar to training with a towel on a smooth floor, but the discs usually slide more smoothly and predictably, resulting in cleaner movements.
