Anodized coating eliminates one of the main disadvantages of aluminium — sensitivity to oxidation; as a result, such pans are considered as safe as possible for health and can be used for long-term storage of food, pickling, cooking in sour sauces, etc. And the strength of the coating is quite high, which has a positive effect on durability.
