Testing screwdrivers
Indicator screwdriver
— specialized screwdrivers used in electrical work and designed to locate the phase wire. The simplest "indicator" has a transparent handle with a built-in light — when the tip touches the "phase", the light turns on (in some models, when measuring, you also need to keep your finger on the end of the handle). More advanced models can be equipped with displays to display additional measurement data — in particular, voltage. With all this, indicators can also be used as traditional screwdrivers, but their design is not designed for significant efforts. Also note that you should not use such a tool as a dielectric screwdriver (see the relevant paragraph), despite some external similarity. No offers found
