PZ

— pozidriv slotted screwdrivers are a modified version of the Phillips (PH) type Phillips slot.

The main feature of the PZ slot, which distinguishes it from the original Philips, is additional thin “beams” located between the main lines of the cross. In addition, the corners of the cross are not rounded, but sharper and sharper outlines. All this reduces the tendency to push the tool out of the slot and makes work easier, especially at high forces. However, please note that Pozidriv screwdrivers are only compatible with these slots (including combined PZ/SL) and cannot be used with PH and PH/SL slots.
