Vacuum cleaners with socket
Built-in socket
— a socket installed on the body of the vacuum cleaner. This feature is found mainly among workshop and industrial models, and its meaning is primarily to simplify the use of a vacuum cleaner with power tools. Recall that many modern grinders, saws, etc. have a nozzle for connecting a vacuum cleaner, which allows you to remove chips and sawdust right in the process. With this use, the tool itself, usually, is more convenient to connect to the network, not through a regular outlet, but through an outlet on the vacuum cleaner body - this, at a minimum, simplifies moving from place to place and reduces the number of wires stretching through the place of work. And in some vacuum cleaners with sockets, there is even a function to automatically turn on when the connected tool is started (although usually, this feature is only available with tools from the same manufacturer).
