Regarding washing capabilities, the manufacturer focuses on the intelligent AI Wash system, which automatically determines the load weight, fabric type, and degree of soiling, and then independently selects the optimal washing program, water temperature, and amount of detergent. Another important technology in the Bespoke machines is AI Ecobubble, which turns washing powder or gel into active foam even before it comes into contact with the laundry. This allows the detergent to penetrate fabric fibers more quickly, effectively removes stains, and consumes less energy.

The Samsung Bespoke lineup includes front-loading washing machines with load capacities from 9 to 11 kg, as well as combined "two-in-one" models with washing and drying functions. All models are equipped with an inverter motor with magnetic suspension, which operates quieter and more reliably than traditional motors. Most models support Wi-Fi connectivity and control through the SmartThings mobile app, allowing you to start the wash remotely, receive notifications about cycle completion, and download additional washing programs. The top models can also be equipped with a smart display for washing management, an automatic detergent dispenser, a steam sanitizer, and a SuperSpeed accelerated wash system.
