Model overview based on user reviews
The Koss CS-100 headphones offer good sound quality, making them a reliable choice for casual listening. However, they have some limitations, particularly with the weak microphone that fails to filter out background noise effectively, which can be problematic for professional settings like call centers. Additionally, the absence of volume control and the ease with which the USB can disconnect from the connector are notable drawbacks. While suitable for occasional communication via platforms like Skype, they may not be ideal for environments requiring clear and uninterrupted communication.

Not suitable for ongoing negotiations

Headphones are good. KOSS and in Africa are good headphones). As for rare communication via Skype, the option is cool. We bought in the office to work with telephony for incoming and outgoing calls. And the microphone did not jam extraneous noise at all, as we wanted. Clients complained that they could hear absolutely everything that was going on in the office, except for the operator. I was also surprised by the lack of volume control and the ease of disconnecting the USB from the connector if you pull the wire. I do not recommend this headset for a call center.
Sound is good.
The microphone is weak, there is no volume control.
