The next generation of laptops, the Apple MacBook Pro 14, announced by the US company at the end of 2025. The main innovations include the updated M5 processor with a significant performance boost, support for modern communication standards and technologies, and the transition to popular solutions utilizing AI algorithms. The chip is equipped with a neural coprocessor with an increased TOPS rating, directly interacts with onboard fifth-generation RAM (16/24 GB depending on the model), and features an integrated graphics card capable of handling Full HD gaming.

The lineup's concept is focused on energy efficiency, comfort, and long-term use. The laptop can last up to 24 hours on a single charge and consumes only 70W per hour. Additionally, heat generation is minimized, so the company employed passive cooling with zero noise. In other aspects, the Apple MacBook Pro 14 2025 M5 is identical to its predecessor. The company did not change the imaging principle, retaining the expensive and high-quality 14.2-inch miniLED display.

It supports a resolution of 3024x1964 at a frequency of 120Hz for maximum content detail. The screen brightness can increase up to 1000 nits and is controlled by an automatic sensor. Enhanced contrast and clarity of objects in the frame are achieved by deep processing of the black and white areas of the frame using HDR10 technology. The MacOS software shell is presented in the Tahoe version.

As in the previous lineup, Wi-Fi 6E is used, despite the declared support for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6. Other features include a fingerprint scanner, a powerful audio system with surround sound, a professional webcam for conferences, learning, communication, an SD card reader, and 3 Thunderbolt 4 ports.
