The Apple MacBook Air 15 2023 [MQKU3] comes pre-installed with MacOS Ventura and operates on the M2 processor. The eight-core chip offers decent performance, especially in everyday scenarios, while also providing excellent battery life. The 67 Wh battery can provide up to 18 hours of operation without recharging. The processor is complemented by the integrated M2 10-Core graphics, which confidently handles resource-intensive tasks, including processing heavy files in ProRes and ProRes RAW formats.
Brand Screen
The laptop features a Liquid Retina display with a resolution of 2880x1864 pixels, wide viewing angles, and automatic brightness adjustment up to 500 nits thanks to the built-in light sensor. Among the additional benefits are the Touch ID fingerprint scanner and a six-speaker audio system. For connectivity, there are two Type C ports (Thunderbolt 3) and the brand's MagSafe 3 magnetic charging connector.
The drawbacks include the modest amount of RAM and built-in storage—8 and 256 GB, respectively. When performing complex tasks, the limited RAM can become a limiting factor and affect performance.
