Stay vigilant! The silliest waste of money! The model is not suitable for use with processors intended for overclocking! The manufacturer completely misleads you about the consumer qualities of this model! For its price, there are no merits. If this piece of textolite cost 3 times cheaper, then the merits could include a relatively rich number of interfaces and the Z490 chipset... 1. On any processor intended for overclocking (i.e., from i5 10600k and above), when setting a normal overclock mode, which other motherboards handle without issues, this model experiences temperatures of 90+ degrees, accompanied by throttling, decreasing core frequency, and system crashes. The first drawback alone is more than enough to forget about this model like a bad dream, but for completeness, I will list other shortcomings of this unfortunate motherboard: 2. The LAN controller driver does not install automatically: as a result, when installing Windows, you are left without internet and without a way to download the driver without going through a hassle. The driver is available on the company's website, but how to install it without internet is not entirely clear – unnecessary problems that could be critical for someone! 3. There are constantly several undefined devices in the device manager, for which the drivers do not install! Possibly a defect specific to mine, but I'm speaking about what I have encountered! |
