Asus is more and more disappointing every year. I have a motherboard, graphics card, monitor, mouse, keyboard, headphones, cooling system, and case from this brand. And all of these have some unpleasant issues in operation, except for the monitor, which is still somehow okay. Good build, no backlash, fits well in the hands, holds a long battery life. The software! The software for this mouse is a disaster. Because of it, it's just impossible to use. The mouse drained to 20%, I put it on charge, and an hour later it still says 20%, although intuitively you understand it's about 90% charged. This only gets fixed by reinstalling the software, which takes about 40 minutes. After some time, the charging issue reappears, and it's the same process all over again—reinstalling the software, and so on... After the update, it started reacting to other devices connected via USB. If there are two USB outputs coming from one point (a hub), then there only needs to be the mouse dongle. If there's anything else, it starts working erratically, and there's no way to fix it. I've been using it for over a year and have never been so disappointed with a purchase. It's junk, constantly causing headaches with bugs and incorrect performance.  Have Fan TV: use Asus ROG Chakram more than year |
