Performance is driven by the proprietary ROG AimPoint Pro optical sensor with a resolution of up to 42000 DPI and a tracking speed of up to 750 ips. A maximum polling rate of 8000 Hz ensures a response time of 0.125 ms, important for competitive gaming. The design of the Asus ROG Harpe Ace Extreme gaming mouse uses optical-mechanical switches with a lifespan of 100 million clicks. Its universal shape is suitable for palm, fingertip, and claw grips.
