The left mouse button started to squeak, which is unpleasant because I had to open it up and stick some foam where the key and body make contact. Docking station Paw 3995 is a great value pre-top sensor. Grips included. Braided cable. After a month, the left mouse button started to squeak and I had to have the mouse operated. |
I've been using it every day since late 2024, so I have a few things to share. I urgently needed a mouse (not too expensive), so after watching numerous YouTube reviews, my choice landed on this model. The issue with all the YouTuber reviews is that they can't test the mice too long for obvious reasons, and there aren't that many user reviews available (unless you look through various specialized forums), so I'll try to share my own experience. Initially, when it first arrived, everything was practically perfect. I'd never used symmetrical mice before; I only had ergonomic ones, so I was slightly worried about whether the shape would suit me—but it did, and I got used to it instantly. Just so you know, it's a shape 1-to-1 with the Sora v2. After some time of using it, the first issues began to appear: the left mouse button (LMB) started to squeak, which was very annoying. It squeaked when pressed, like unlubricated hinges, but over time it went away on its own. Then another unpleasant issue appeared after about three months: the charging dock station practically stopped charging. More precisely, it can charge, but you need to "settle" the mouse on the pins for about half an hour before it starts charging. You could say it doesn’t work anymore but serves as a desk decoration and a hub for the dongle. And the third problem—it's not too bothersome or frequent, but it's there, and it should be mentioned: sometimes the mouse loses connection for about a second. It's not critical and doesn't happen very often, but it does occur about once a day. These are the objective downsides. Subjectively, I don't like the sound of the scroll wheel (but that depends on personal preference). -Form, weight, beautiful docking station, simple informative software. -Break in radio communication (not often, but consistently) -Loud squeak when pressing LMB (for me, it resolved on its own) -The dock station for charging the mouse stopped working properly after a few months. |
Great mouse bought on Ali back in the summer, then no problems. By the way, the site states that its weight is 49g, but in fact, it's 55g. Design, weight, battery life, versatility, the presence of a docking station and convenient software, additional USB on the docking station, no sweat marks remain on it even with my rather strong perspiration. The inability to properly adjust the docking station's backlighting through software results in only a few transition modes and a strange flashing from green to pink. |
