The smartphone of the Chinese manufacturer Blackview seems to be aiming for the laurels of Xiaomi low-cost employees, as it combines a good set of features and an affordable price. And its design is attractive: several bright colours to choose from, a plastic case, small bezels around the screen, a waterdrop notch for the front camera and a fingerprint scanner on the back. The smartphone received a 6.49-inch IPS display with a low resolution of 1560x720 pixels, as well as a MediaTek MT6762V processor in tandem with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory. However the memory here is far from the fastest — eMMC, but it is possible to install a card up to 128 GB. But for this you will have to sacrifice a second SIM card — the slot here is hybrid. The manufacturer focuses on the main camera o...f the Blackview A80 Plus with four modules, but they are larger here for quantity. Only the 13-megapixel sensor plays the main role. But the front camera was limited to one necessary 8 MP lens. Otherwise, this is a good low-cost employee with everything you need for stable operation and convenience: there are NFC for contactless payments, a USB-C connector for charging, a 3.5 mm audio output, an Android operating system without unnecessary add-ons, and a rather capacious 4680 mAh battery. One charge should be enough for 19 hours of talk time, more than 8 hours of video playback, 21 hours of music listening or a day and a half with normal use.

In the arena of ultra-low-cost smartphones, a serious struggle for the palm broke out. The even-tempered Blackview A80 Plus has a great chance of success in this category.

All you need

The smartphone offers everything you need for minimal cash injections. Judge for yourself, the gadget will please you with a modern design with a teardrop-shaped "insert" 8 MP front camera into the screen, bright colours of the case and a balanced "iron" component. The model acquired an eight-core chipset of the initial link MediaTek Helio A25 and 4 GB of RAM. The internal storage of the smartphone has a capacity of 64 GB, and if there is not enough space in it, the user has the right to refuse the services of the second SIM card and install a microSD memory card in its slot.

Manufacturer's rate

The front panel of the mobile device is headed by an IPS screen with a diagonal size of 6.49". The image is broadcast on it in HD + resolution, which, translated into a pixel grid, is 1560x720 pixels. The manufacturer also relies on an NFC chip for contactless payments and a “four-story” camera. The “peephole” of the rear photomodule, although there is a lot, however, it makes sense to use only the leading 13 MP image sensor.

Decent battery life

Autonomous operation of the smartphone provides a built-in rechargeable battery with a decent capacity of 4680 mAh. It uses a symmetrical USB-C connector as a filling "neck". Side-by-side with it is a 3.5 mm audio jack for headphones. The information stored on the smartphone is located under the lock of the fingerprint scanner, which is located on the plastic “back” of the device. In the context of offers for a hundred evergreen US dollars, the Blackview A80 Plus is seen as one of the most tasty contenders for the purchase.
