A tower that occupies half the space of the building is normal. Brav for cooling 12600K, with a full load of 150W keeps the temperature of the CPU at 77 degrees. In my opinion, this is a great result. At full load, the turntable is quite noisy, but at 1000-1100 revolutions it is almost silent. The kit comes with a pretty good thermal paste, I had enough for three smears. The tower is well thought out, low to 160 mm, that is, it will fit into most cases. It does not interfere with the installation of 4 memory strips, because it is slightly moved back. The decorative cover from above is quite a mark, so it carefully collects prints quite well, which then catches the eye. The kit also includes a special screwdriver, without which it will be very difficult to assemble and disassemble it. I think it is a very good alternative to water for not very hot CPUs compared to some 200-250W options, there is only water 360-420mm. Performance, design, it really looks cool and monumental, the only thing I regret is that I had to order a version with a monitor, it does not interfere with the installation of 4 memory sticks, easy installation, a good set and the presence of a tube of relatively good thermal paste. It is possible to install a second fan at the back, because additional mounting brackets are included in the set. The fan is quite loud at maximum speed. I have been using the Deepcool AK500 for more than a month now, so I can evaluate it in real conditions, not just based on first impressions after installation. It is a large and heavy tower cooler — it looks solid and occupies a noticeable part of the case, so it certainly can't be called compact. At the same time, there were no compatibility issues; everything fits into place without conflicts with memory or the graphics card. The cooling performance is predictable and stable. Under full load, the processor stays within 75–77 degrees, and once the load is removed, the temperature drops very quickly. It's clear that the limitation comes not from the cooler but from the thermal design package of the processor itself. There is enough reserve for gaming and demanding tasks. The stock fan didn't satisfy me. It works, but in terms of noise and sound character, it is far from perfect, so I replaced it with a be quiet! Silent Wings 4. After this, the system became noticeably quieter, without any extraneous sounds or harsh tones even under load. Regarding materials, there is a nuance: the top decorative cover looks nice, but it stains easily. After installation and regular maintenance, spots and marks quickly appear on it, so it doesn't maintain a perfect appearance for long. In conclusion, the AK500 is a massive, effective cooler without miracles. It performs its task well but only fully shines after replacing the fan. If you are not intimidated by its size and want stable cooling without overheating, it is a totally justified option. Large, cools well, has a mount for a second fan, does not block operation the standard fan is quite noisy, and the mounting is not too convenient when you're trying to blindly get the screw into the hole.
