The screen size of the Dell P2417H monitor is only a little short of the classic 24" — its value is 23.8", which practically does not affect the perception of the displayed image.
Colour reproduction
The model's display is based on an AH-IPS matrix with wide viewing angles on all fronts (within 178 °) and natural colour reproduction. Factory calibration is performed at a high level, so no special intervention on the part of the user in setting the colours is required. The maximum screen resolution is 1920x1080 pixels, which corresponds to the FullHD format. A similar display resolution has a fellow model — Dell S2418HN, which, in turn, boasts support for HDR technology.
Many interfaces
The monitor has an extended set of interfaces for connecting external devices: three video outputs (HDMI, VGA, Display Port) and a USB 3.0 hub (two ports on the back and two more on the left side). The box with the monitor includes bundled VGA and DP cables, but the HDMI cable will need to be purchased privately.
