Compact, relatively light and powerful professional rotary hammer with battery power, vertical brushless motor and SDS Plus chuck. It features well-designed ergonomics, small overall dimensions and moderate weight (2.1 kg). The manufacturer is positioning itself as a product of the upper price category, designed to perform significant volumes of construction or assembly and dismantling work related to the processes of chiselling and drilling of solid mineral materials, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, wood and polymers.
An important advantage of the DeWALT DCH273N rotary hammer is its maintenance-free brushless electric motor, which is well protected from dust, demonstrates high power density, energy efficiency and exceptional resistance to overloads. The manufacturer provides three modes of operation of the tool: chiselling, impact and conventional drilling. With impact drilling, it is able to quickly create holes up to 24 mm in diameter in durable concrete grades, load-bearing walls and ceilings. Due to the impact energy of 2.1 J, it can be useful in the operation of chasing (creating grooves) in plasters and lightweight concrete. Equipped with an effective vibration absorption system and a protective clutch that prevents kickback when the drill/drill is jammed.
