Powerful Intel Core Ultra 5 225H (14 cores) — high performance in a mobile form factor. Metal body, durability, and compactness for a 16-inch laptop. Very good port configuration: RJ-45, HDMI 2.1, USB-A, USB-C 20 Gbps, two Thunderbolt 4. Mobile internet capability thanks to the SIM slot. Comfortable keyboard with numeric keypad, large glass touchpad. Expandability: there's an extra RAM slot (up to 64 GB) and SSD replacement. AI features: NPU, local AI camera algorithms, and Poly Studio noise reduction. Very well-suited for real work: development, analytics, modeling, editing. Basic IPS panel: 300 nits, 62.5% sRGB — not enough for creative tasks. Integrated Intel Arc is not suitable for complex 3D rendering and heavy editing. Single-channel RAM in the basic configuration — needs an upgrade for maximum performance. Weight 1.72 kg — not too light for everyday mobility. The Intel Arc graphics is not a replacement for discrete solutions, but it's sufficient for working with video, UI graphics, the AV1 codec, and multiple external displays. And if you don't expect RTX-level performance, it works very stably and efficiently.
The great port configuration transforms the ZBook into a versatile connectivity hub: two Thunderbolt 4 ports, Ethernet, HDMI 2.1, USB-A, USB-C, and a SIM slot. This is truly a significant advantage, especially for engineers, analysts, and those working in the field.
Important: the display in the base model is utilitarian. It's not for designers or color correction. It's a screen that's comfortable to work on for hours, but not for creating visual content.
AI features here are not a mere formality: the NPU offloads tasks from the CPU, and the camera uses Poly Studio algorithms for auto-framing, noise suppression, and improved image quality. For those who are constantly on Zoom/Meet/Teams — this is really important.
