Huawei Band 4 Pro is a cross between entry-level sports bands and advanced fitness trackers from the professional segment of wearable devices. Why? Let's figure it out.
GPS module
The main highlight of the model is the built-in GPS module, which allows you to use the bracelet to collect a complete package of information about outdoor training without being tied to a smartphone. The only negative from its implementation is the high rate of battery discharge (in the active geopositioning mode, the battery goes to zero in 7 hours). However, even this time is more than enough to overcome the marathon distance (42 km 195 m) at a leisurely pace.
Onboard armament
Compared to the base Quartet, the Pro version of the bracelet is armed with a more advanced AMOLED screen and carries an NFC chip on board. However in east european latitudes it will not work to pay with it. On the main screen, you can view the time, weather, battery level and the number of steps taken, and swiping below reveals heart rate, sleep monitor, training modes, messages, settings and music playback menu.

The device well recognizes the phases of sleep (divides them into three levels — deep, light and fast), as well as the time of awakening. In addition, the capsule of the smart bracelet is waterproof (up to 50 m). The model will fit those who want something more than a regular fitness tracker with notifications and a heart rate monitor.
