At first it seemed too hot on a two-section CBO, but in manual mode 5Ghz @ 1.225v, the temperature in idle is 28-40 °, in games it does not exceed 60 °, and when rendering it heats up to 80 with peaks up to 84). No one has surpassed Intel in terms of reliability yet. RIZEN models still require expensive cooling systems because that's just how they are designed.
