Line ThinkPad E14 Gen 3 AMD
A range of compact and rugged multi-purpose ultrabooks designed to efficiently tackle business-oriented and serious professional tasks. Equipped with thin-framed 14-inch FullHD displays based on high-quality IPS matrices. Positioned as mid-range models in 2021. Unlike most low-cost consumer models, they feature an elegant aluminium alloy body, high battery life (up to 15.7 hours) and meet the requirements of the US military standard MIL-STD-810G (operability over an extended temperature range, resistance to small shocks and vibrations, ability to work at low atmospheric pressure).
All Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Gen 3 AMD laptops are equipped with a spill-resistant trackpoint keyboard and TPM 2.0 hardware cryptographic module for strong encryption of user data. An important difference from the models of the AMD E14 Gen 2 line of the 2020 model was the use of the updated AMD Ryzen Mobile 5000 hardware platform (Zen 2, Lucienne core), consisting of a bunch of 6/8-core processors of the Ryzen 5/7 family with DDR4 RAM of 8 or 16 GB (maximum up to 24 GB) and NVMe SSD. The processor's built-in AMD Radeon Vega 7/8 graphics engine guarantees baseline 3D performance and hardware video decoding. The fingerprint reader and FaceID sensor make it easy to sign in with Windows Hello.
