IPS screen with direct backlight

The TV is equipped with a 55-inch IPS screen with Direct LED backlighting. The screen supports 4K video and the HDR10 standard, but due to the limited maximum brightness, HDR content isn't as impressive as it could be.

HDMI 2.1 ports

The model includes three HDMI 2.1 ports supporting VRR, ALLM, CEC, and one of them also supports eARC. These features optimize the gaming experience when connecting game consoles, although 4K at 120Hz is not available due to the screen's 60Hz refresh rate cap. Additionally, the TV can display content from mobile devices via the ThinQ app.

webOS smart system

LG 55UR7800 uses its own webOS smart system in its 23rd version, providing a smooth and functional interface. The LG brand store is used to access a wide range of applications. Purchasing an additional MR-23 remote control gives you access to voice assistants and AI Acoustic Tuning, which adjusts the sound of the built-in speakers according to the level of ambient noise.
