Nokia C1-02 is a low-cost class phone with a basic set of functions. Unlike the "original" C1-00, there is no support for two SIM cards, but the functionality has been significantly expanded. In turn, the device differs from the “brother” C1-01 in the absence of a camera, package bundle and design details.
The phone is made in monoblock form factor, the material is plastic. The keyboard has a classic layout for Nokia — above the numeric keys there is a five-way joystick, two function buttons and answer and end call buttons. All keys are made separately, which simplifies the "blind" typing. From external connectors, a standard 3.5 mm output, a USB port and a separate input for a 2 mm charger are provided. There is a slot for memory cards, "hot" replacement is provided.
The phone's display is quite large for its class, with a resolution of 128x160 and a diagonal of 1.8'', colour.
The C1-02 software is based on the classic Series 40 platform. In addition to standard functions, the user has access to OVI Life Tools (weather forecasts, news, horoscopes, interesting facts, etc.). Data transfer functions are standard: GPRS and Bluetooth module. Opera Mini has a built-in HTML browser.
Multimedia features — a standard player and an FM tuner with the ability to record from the air.
A standard 1020 mAh battery provides up to 10 hours of talk time and about 500 hours (about 21 days) of standby time. Some batches may come with a smaller 800 mAh battery, but given the phone's energy efficiency, this will not be a big problem.
C1-02 is positioned as an "environmentally friendly" device — according to the manufacturer, 80% of the phone's materials and 100% of the packaging materials are recyclable, the packaging itself is reduced in size.
The phone is produced in four colours: black (Black), purple (Dark Plum), blue (Blue) and grey (Cool Grey). The package includes a battery, charger and user manual; stereo headset must be purchased separately.
