A semi-flagship smartphone featuring a futuristic design on the back, where the signature LED glyphs have been replaced by a circular LED display, the Glyph Matrix. This mini display contains 489 LED lights and is used to mirror calls, notifications, or display a conditional timer without needing to turn on the main screen. Exclusive design
The flagship model of Nothing’s third generation traditionally attracts attention with its unusual design. In addition to the original metal and Gorilla Glass back panel, the manufacturer has included an additional round Glyph Matrix display. It shows notifications, battery level, call information, and a timer, so you need to turn on the main display less often. The latter features a 6.67-inch diagonal, an AMOLED panel, and a 120 Hz refresh rate.
Nothing Phone 3 256 GB runs Android 15 with the brand’s signature minimalist interface, which offers high speed and smooth performance. Another advantage of the model is its long software support. The manufacturer promises five major Android updates and seven years of security patches, while many flagship and near-flagship devices are limited to a 4+6 policy.
Three cameras and other features
The smartphone is equipped with a triple rear camera, with each sensor offering 50 MP resolution. The main module is supplemented with optical stabilization, while the telephoto lens supports 3x optical zoom. Compared to previous models in the lineup, image quality has improved noticeably, although the device still falls slightly short of the best camera phones.
The hardware is based on the 8-core Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor with Adreno 825 graphics. It is complemented by 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. Battery life is provided by a 5150 mAh silicon-carbon battery supporting 65 W wired charging and 15 W wireless charging. Reverse charging up to 5 W is also available, allowing you to charge a smartwatch or headphones. Other features include stereo speakers, IP68 body protection, a front camera in a display cutout, and support for two SIM cards in nano-SIM + e-SIM format.
