Rode is a renowned Australian manufacturer of microphones and other audio equipment. Full control of sound recording during video shooting is provided by the brand's Link FilmMaker Kit radio system with a signal finishing range between the receiver and transmitter up to 100 m.

The system uses a 2.4 GHz frequency and a 128-bit encrypted digital transmission signal.
