The DS61 is an updated version of Roland's famous JUNO line of synthesizers. Positioned as a concert model.

Compactness and convenience

The tool is compact, just over 1 metre in length, and lightweight — 5.3 kg. Easily transportable, mains operated and autonomous — from 8 AA batteries. You can use it to rehearse on the go by plugging in headphones or an external speaker system. There are no built-in speakers in the synthesizer.

Musical component

1230 voices with realistic sound quality of live instruments, especially piano and organ, 128-voice polyphony and 240 accompaniment styles fully satisfy the requirements of a professional musician. In addition, additional sounds and effects can be loaded into the synthesizer's memory using the USB port.

Control

Any of the 8 PHRASE PAD controllers can easily assign different samples and songs, both ready-made and just created. Sounds from preset banks, user banks and expansion cards are retrieved using the cursor buttons. The most beloved and frequently used (up to 10 pcs) can be added to a separate Favorite category for quick access. All controls are intuitive, each action is displayed on the LCD.

Recording and switching capabilities

A vocal microphone is connected to the instrument, which can be used in vocoder mode, which will especially appeal to fans of experimenting with sounds using their voice. There are also outputs for expression and sustain pedals, support for recording finished compositions to WAV and MIDI files.
