At the presentation on February 1, 2023, Samsung showed not only smartphones of the Galaxy S23 family, but also several noteworthy laptops. In particular, the 2-in-1 model of the Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360.
Transformer
The device is released on the same wavelength with the Galaxy Book 3 Pro laptop. The only difference is that the 360° model is equipped with a fully opening lid and a touch screen that supports S Pen input. The laptop instantly becomes a tablet without a detachable keyboard. The substrate for the laptop display was a 16-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with a picture resolution of 2880x1800 pixels and an adaptive refresh rate in the range from 48 to 120 Hz.
Productivity platform
At the helm of the laptop are Intel Core i5 and Core i7 processors of the Raptor Lake generation. The configuration also includes integrated Intel Iris XE graphics, from 8 to 32 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, a PCIe-NVMe Gen 4 SSD from 256 GB to 1 TB. The device confidently pulls games at medium graphics settings and copes with the tossing and turning of resource-intensive applications. The sound of the hybrid laptop is provided by a quartet of AKG speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
Long autonomy
Several connectors are built into the keyboard unit of the device: two USB type C with Thunderbolt 4, HDMI 2.0, a microSD card slot, USB A 3.2 and a 3.5 mm audio jack. The laptop battery has a capacity of 76 Wh and supports 65-watt fast charging using the Power Delivery protocol. With all this, the laptop turned out to be rather "thin" (16.5 mm in thickness), and its weight is about 1.79 kg.
