Very compact smartphone packed with features. I recommend it.

The first phone from Samsung. In a year and a half of use, it fell once on tiles from hand height and once from pocket height onto parquet, no scratches anywhere, just a small crack on the protective glass (the phone is in a regular thin case and Nilkin protective glass). I recommend getting Nilkin glass that covers the entire surface and a model without frames and cutouts.

The phone’s package is excellent - very good headphones, a 2A charger, a simple plastic case, an adapter for flash drives, external drives, and so on.

I really appreciated the compactness of this smartphone; after using it, I don't want to switch to smartphones bigger than 6 inches. Sadly, it was the last near-flagship with a 3.5mm jack and this kind of compactness.

The smartphone's camera was very impressive. No complaints about its photo capabilities, it takes amazing pictures both in the day and at night. Video recording in poor lighting and at night wasn't great (lots of noise, clarity isn’t very good), I compared its video mode at night with Mi 8 Pro, and the Chinese phone was better in this regard (I'm not a Xiaomi fan, just in this the camera is better)). The smartphone's screen is perfect, no words, just like in the specifications (held an XR in my hands, the difference is night and day).

The smartphone's battery is somewhat lacking, with screen time being 4-5 hours per day (Telegram, a bit of YouTube, a bit of camera, calls, and that's it), it often has to be charged either once a day or both in the morning and evening.

There are bugs in the interface such as a window popping up with operator services after a call, for over a year I haven't found how to turn it off.

That's all the main points, otherwise, the phone is very good and sadly, they don't make them like this anymore.
Screen, camera photo features, kit, 3.5 jack availability, smartphone compactness, a large number of OneUI settings and features (which leads to some drawbacks), OneUI design, power button fingerprint scanner, ability to install a microSD card, excellent stereo, number of modes and settings in the standard camera app.
Video capabilities at night, insufficient battery, micro lags once every couple of days (Exynos), difficult to apply a screen protector, hard to buy accessories in regular cities (rare model, in small towns you won't find anything for it at all).

great model, love it

I have been using it for over a year; it's just a great smartphone. It has never lagged, and I have no complaints. I switched from an iPhone and just felt relieved! No battery problems, no lags, it runs smoothly and doesn't overheat. I don't see the point in playing games on smartphones, but I use the internet constantly. Simply the best model Samsung has released in recent years.

It has everything you need for a good smartphone, I use all its features

A top compact smartphone, very convenient and fast, great cameras, during quarantine, I even washed it with soap several times, although I don't recommend anyone to do this. I listen to music with AirPods, and surprisingly, they sound good. Recently, I acquired Buds Live, and they sound even better, but it's also nice that you can connect full-size headphones via jack. I watch videos and play games on high graphics settings. If using 2 SIM cards on LTE and playing, the battery lasts half a day. If just using social networks and calls, it lasts a day easily. If you remove one SIM card, it lasts one and a half days, and if you turn off LTE and only use WiFi, it can last 2 days. But still, I'd like the battery to be more capacious.
