Recommendation not to buy Suitable only for those who have no clue about the internet, and need it only for Skype Lags 24/7, ping no less than a hundred in simple projects like Tundra and CS, and in Rainbow Six Siege, it's better not to start it at all, ping 400-500 is normal, the plan is 100 MB/s but gives out no more than 10 MB on downloads 1.5 MB, YouTube FullHD somehow works, 2k I'm not even mentioning. |
When I bought the router, I thought that everything would be fine, but as soon as I launched a few games, the ping skyrocketed, and then stopped seeing my computer completely; I inserted the wire 7 times in no way. No All |
When it comes to a promotional ADSL Wi-Fi router, features are often overlooked ))) I decided to upgrade my modem for free by taking up an offer from Ukrtelecom. I ended up with a device that had an incorrectly flashed password, making internet usage impossible. However, a router reflash at our Ukrtelecom branch resolved this problem :) However, another issue became apparent — the insufficient output power of the Wi-Fi module. The advertised output power is clearly exaggerated by at least three times (instead of 100 mW, the router delivers at most 30 mW, and the signal power is not enough to cover even a standard 48-square-meter two-room apartment); moreover, the signal power often fluctuates between 25 — 100% without any apparent reason. The predecessor, Huawei HG-532e, is significantly better in terms of coverage and power. I do not recommend buying the TP-LINK TD-W8901N. Ease of use (no setup required, just connect and use) Obviously a factory defect (the internal password does not match what is written on the case), low tension, signal instability |
