TVs with 3.5mm mini-jack input
Mini-Jack (3.5 mm)
— input that uses the popular 3.5mm mini-jack. In TVs, it usually plays the role of an analogue audio input — linear and/or microphone. First variation is useful for connecting various sound sources — for example, a portable player. Also, it is this connector that is considered standard for "PC audio" — the audio output to video signal transmitted via the VGA interface. Connecting a microphone, in turn, will be relevant primarily for models with Skype support (see "Additionally").clear | Save List |
