80% (TKL, without Num block)

— full-featured keyboard without a numeric keypad: still includes the F1–F12 row, arrow keys, and navigation keys like Insert/Delete, Home/End, PgUp/PgDn, yet the width is noticeably smaller, bringing the mouse closer to the center — more comfortable for shoulders and wrists. This format is favored by gamers and developers, as it provides more desk space while keeping familiar keys and hotkeys in place. Compared to 100% keyboards, you only lose the quick number entry, which can be supplemented with a separate wireless NumPad or a "numpad" in layers if desired. Compared to 75% TKL, it is more readable and "airy" thanks to the separate navigation block; unlike 96%, it is more compact for mouse grip, although without the NumPad. The 80% (TKL) format is optimal for FPS, working in an IDE, editing, and daily office routine where numbers are not entered continuously.
