Keychron C3 Pro 8K Brown Switch (C3PX-H3)

A wired TKL mechanical keyboard that, at a rather modest price, offers a polling rate of 8000 Hz—a feature recently only found in top-tier models. Switching between 1000, 4000, and 8000 Hz modes is managed through the Keychron Launcher web configurator, which also provides access to QMK open-source firmware: key remapping, macros, and multilayer layouts can be configured directly in the browser without installing additional software.

The Keychron Super Brown tactile switches, with a lifespan of 50 million keystrokes, are factory-lubed, and the interior incorporates layers of 3.5 mm EVA acoustic foam, IXPE film, EPDM foam, and a silicone gasket—all contributing to a muted, muffled keystroke sound. The Keychron C3 Pro 8K Brown Switch keyboard platform supports hot-swappable switches, compatible with almost any MX-format 3- and 5-pin switches like Cherry, Gateron, Kailh, and others.

The keycaps are in Cherry profile, made using double-shot PBT plastic with see-through symbols for uniform RGB backlighting. The package includes additional caps for macOS, and switching between Windows and Mac is done with the Fn + Caps Lock combination. The case angle is adjustable in three positions: 4°, 6°, and 8.7°. The USB-A cable is detachable, making it convenient for transport.
