If the capabilities of the Maxify GX series MFPs with their ink tanks seem excessive to you, and regular home printers can't keep up with your workload, the Canon Maxify MB series is the ideal solution. It is a full-fledged office economy class that can operate in a "4-in-1" mode (printing, copying, scanning, and faxing). Moreover, they are noticeably cheaper than models with CISS, yet they offer the same durability and print quality necessary for small businesses.

The main difference between Canon Maxify MB and home printers is their ability to work with professional DRHD pigment inks. The text comes out deep and clear, and the prints are resistant to moisture and marker highlighting. Even in the budget segment, Canon doesn't skimp on speed: the printer does not waste time warming up and delivers the first page in just 6 – 7 seconds, allowing you to quickly print a contract or invoice while the client waits.

Despite being labeled as a "junior" line, Canon Maxify MB are real workhorses. They use enlarged capacity cartridges (XL), whose resource is several times higher than that of home series. To avoid acting as a "paper pusher," the devices are equipped with spacious trays that hold 250 – 500 sheets and an automatic feeder for scanning stacks of documents. You simply place a stack of papers, and the MFP does all the routine work on its own.

In terms of functionality, Maxify MB devices support wireless connection via Wi-Fi, wired via Ethernet (in senior models), cloud services for printing and scanning from Google Drive, Dropbox, Evernote, and OneDrive, as well as mobile printing through the Canon PRINT app, Apple AirPrint, and Mopria.
