E-Ink

— the main feature of paper-like displays is their extremely low power consumption. Thus, the operating time of such devices without recharging can be calculated for days. The disadvantage of paper-like screens is the low refresh rate, which does not allow you to watch video on them; in addition, they are usually black and white.

In screens made using E Ink technology, each pixel contains two pigments — white and black. Due to this, such screens have good reflectivity, but are more expensive than SiPix.
