Built-in video card

— the presence of built-in video chip in the design of the motherboard. Such chip can be built into both the motherboard itself and the CPU it comes with (if the board comes with built-in CPU). However, in any case, this feature allows you to assemble computer without using separate video card, thus reducing its cost and power consumption. On the other hand, the capabilities of integrated graphics are quite modest, and for work it uses the total memory of the system – so such PC will not differ in either graphics or overall performance; for more or less serious tasks, it is still better to install full-fledged video card.
