The Value line from the Taiwanese brand Aerocool includes mid-sized and compact computer cases with a well-designed chassis, support for liquid cooling systems and neat backlighting. In most cases, an RGB LED strip runs diagonally along the front panel of the case, and one of the sides has an acrylic viewing window, while the glass itself is tinted. In more rare cases, only case fans are decorated with RGB LEDs.
Perhaps the main charm of the Value series lies in the tempting relationship between price, quality, design and functionality. Most of the models look solid, the case metal is thick, the mounting brackets are well made, and it’s clear that professionals worked on the design. As a rule, there is a convenient system of screwless fastenings and clearances for hidden cable routing, the air intakes are covered with dust filters, and a case fan is pre-installed inside the case. One of the side walls is usually made of either tempered glass or acrylic. In most cases, a potential buyer will have to pay no more than $50.
Full-length Midi Tower cases are designed for fairly serious builds with an ATX motherboard, a high tower cooler, a massive GeForce RTX 4080-level video card and from 5 to 7 case fans for effective airflow of all components. Naturally, they support the installation of water cooling systems. In turn, miniature versions of the Mini Tower class are created for users who plan to build a not too powerful and miniature PC for work or games, without bothering with a cooling system.
