The principle of operation of such systems is that a special fluid circulating along the circuit takes heat from the components of the system and transfers it to the radiator, where it cools. Liquid cooling is quite expensive and cumbersome, but it has a very high efficiency, which makes it popular in high-performance PCs with high heat dissipation (in particular, gaming ones).

Note that theoretically, such cooling can be installed in almost any PC. However, if the case was not originally designed for it, additional work may be required for installation, such as drilling holes for pipelines. So if you plan to use liquid cooling, it's best to immediately choose a case that is compatible with it.
