Addasound's Epic line includes comfortable office headsets designed for call center workers, help desk managers, and others whose work requires them to constantly answer the phone. They are distinguished, first of all, by their versatility and can be easily connected to a wide variety of communication devices. Despite belonging rather to the entry level and an average cost of around $40, representatives of this series convey the speech of the interlocutor quite clearly, and a microphone with noise reduction and echo cancellation functions is useful for communicating with a client in a noisy environment.

Most models in the Epic series are designed for maximum comfort, although the overall level of quality falls well short of much more expensive office headsets from Jabra and Sennheiser. For example, instead of comfortable foam ear pads covered with leatherette, the most common foam pads are used here. And almost the only metal part is a thin strip of the headband, which can hardly be called strong and reliable. On the other hand, almost all models are equipped with convenient remote controls and USB A - 3.5 mm audio adapters, which significantly affects the ease of use and the number of connection options. In some cases, there is a built-in LED indicator that changes color depending on whether you are currently talking or not.

The Adapt series range can be divided into 2 groups. The first will include classic headphones with an active speaker for each ear and an adjustable microphone, which, if not needed, can simply be raised up, after which it is deactivated. Due to the tight-fitting ear pads and closed design, this option quite reliably cuts out most of the noise, allowing you to concentrate more closely on your work. The second option is a headset with one active earphone, in which the second ear remains free, allowing you to hear everything that is happening around and not lose contact with colleagues. This is the key difference, otherwise they are very, very similar.
