Computer Cooling Thermalright series Macho (cooler tower)
prices on 2 modelsThermalright Macho
Thermalright's Macho family features exceptionally high-end tower coolers with massive heatsinks, record-breaking TDP and minimal embellishments such as RGB lighting. The manufacturer focused on high efficiency, low noise and ease of maintenance. As a result of this approach, a typical representative of this series is able to cool a processor with a heat dissipation of around 200-240 W, producing a minimum of noise, while the most advanced Macho coolers boast a record TDP of about 320 W.
A typical representative of this series is a massive design with a huge asymmetrical radiator, which is blown on the side by a single fan. An array of direct contact heat pipes extends from below to the processor. All towers in this series are quite tall (approximately 158-159 mm) and are designed primarily for spacious full-size cases, in which air circulates more freely, and components are not cramped, as in cube cases. The use of advanced coolers with hydrodynamic bearings and PWM adjustment of the blade rotation speed guarantees quiet operation even under high load.
Given the premium nature of the series, new models are released infrequently. The most popular model in the series is Thermalright Le GRAND MACHO RT - a unique 320-watt supercooler. This monster is capable of cooling a processor with a heat dissipation of about W with a maximum noise level of about 20 dB. This is a record efficiency comparable to 420 mm liquid cooling systems designed for HEDT-class processors. This option will be equally useful both as part of a powerful gaming machine with overclocked components, and inside a workstation for working with neural networks, modeling, media content processing, etc.
