Aluminium pans
— this category includes all varieties of aluminium frying pans — stamped, cast, forged, anodized, etc. For more information about each variety, see separate paragraphs; and if the characteristics of the pan indicate simply “aluminium”, without specification, most likely, we are talking about a stamped product.
Common features of all aluminium products are low weight, as well as good thermal conductivity at a relatively low cost. On the other hand, this material does not have non-stick properties and is prone to deform from temperature changes (the thinner the aluminium, the higher the likelihood of deformation).
