Ceramic molds
— a traditional material for various kitchen utensils (including baking dishes), which does not lose popularity today. Ceramics is absolutely chemically inert, does not emit harmful substances, due to which it is usually used without any special coatings (maximum glassware can be supplemented with glassy glaze, but such a surface is not considered a special coating). This material does not have special non-stick properties, but it is not difficult to wash it from dried food residues — in extreme cases, you can soak the dirt for 10 – 20 minutes. However ceramic dishes are quite fragile; from a strong blow, they can crack or even split. On the other hand, such forms are usually made quite thick, which somewhat compensates for this disadvantage. In addition, the large thickness and massiveness provide more uniform heating, and also allow you to keep the heat of the finished dish longer.
