Whiskey decanters

For whiskey

— decanters (or carafes) are used for serving whiskey, as well as other strong spirits. These vessels often feature an unusual, luxurious design intended to emphasize the quality of their contents; however, in structure, they don't have fundamental differences from ordinary carafes for strong drinks.

Sometimes whiskey decanters are also called "decanters," but this is colloquial and technically incorrect (see "Type" for more details).
