Most digital pianos with this feature are equipped with the simplest single colour displays (black and white or some other combination, such as dark numbers on a green background), but even such displays can display a wide variety of information — from the selected tone to training tips or visual sequencer diagrams (see Features/Features). And in high-end instruments, even more advanced colour displays can be provided, which are also touch-sensitive — this provides even more features for information and control and noticeably "simplifies life" when working with an abundance of parameters.
