Very good keyboard, I've spilled water many times and all that, nothing happened to it, I advise you to buy it Really waterproof unusual |
Bought it for myself a month ago, really like it. I recommend everyone who is considering this model to buy it, you won't regret it. I am very satisfied with this item. Very convenient and multifunctional +, of course, waterproof It takes time to get used to it, so to speak:) |
Overall, it’s a good keyboard, it has served me for almost 5 years... quite a long time... now the WASD keys have started to stick, well, in principle, it’s not surprising. And I spilled it on it and blurted it out, in short, it’s long-lived! I didn’t use the Start button (it doesn’t bother me), Fashion mode (because their glow irritates me due to the brightness of the light) and the G buttons. I advise you to buy! Quality, Price, Multimedia keys. Doesn't have it. use A4Tech X7 G800V more than year |
Orbital station control panel
A4 Tech X7 G800V is an inexpensive yet very capable gaming keyboard that goes all‑in on the gaming‑gear vibe. Just look at it: a design straight out of an orbital station control panel, lots of decorative accents, swappable red keycaps for the WASD and arrow keys, and three extra panels with programmable buttons. You’ll either love this “control panel” to bits or hate it just as much—there’s hardly any middle ground.
A great option for a beginner gamer
When it comes to comfort, opinions split about 50/50. On one hand, it weighs about a kilo like full‑metal tournament boards, but it isn’t as stable. The rubber feet don’t help much—you can nudge it if your elbow or sleeve catches it. The plastic feels average, and the membrane keys aren’t as crisp as the Light Strike optical‑mechanical switches on newer A4 keyboards. So it’s a solid pick for a beginner gamer moving from a regular keyboard to a gaming one, but still unsure if they need mechanical switches, RGB backlighting, or the heavy‑duty software that comes with the keyboard.
22 extra keys
We’ve got zero complaints about build quality and ergonomics. The plastic chassis is sturdy—nothing wobbles, creaks, or feels like it’ll fall off. The wrist rest is plastic too, even though it looks like rubber. It’s a pity it isn’t removable. You can spot hidden drainage channels for spills on the surface. We didn’t try dumping coffee on it, but judging by experience with other A4 keyboards, water protection shouldn’t be an issue. The only thing you’ll need to get used to is the macro block, which is scattered across the board as if blown apart: G1–G4 are on the left, G5–G10 are under the spacebar, and G12 and G13 sit on either side of the spacebar (which had to be shortened to fit them). The set is genuinely impressive, but it does come with a short adjustment period. Fortunately, the A4 Tech X7 G800V has 256 KB of onboard memory with five preloaded gaming profiles featuring different macro layouts. You can start with those and, once you’re comfortable, program everything to your liking.
