Asus GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER ROG Strix White

A massive, upgraded modification of the NVIDIA RTX 4080 video accelerator from Asus with an all-white body and an unusual corrugated plug decorated with ARGB LEDs. The model belongs to the upper price segment and is part of the Asus ROG STRIX line of products for demanding gamers and enthusiasts. This particular model features an all-new digital power converter designed for more efficient overclocking, while the die-cast casing and backplate provide added strength to prevent deformation under its own weight.

The case is decorated with complex addressable lighting with support for the Asus Aura Sync synchronization system. The cooling system features a redesigned vapor chamber, massive heatsink and three Axial-tech fans to ensure efficient heat dissipation, even under heavy overclocking. The card comes with GPU Tweak II software for easy overclocking control. With an active load, the power consumption of the video card can reach 320 W, so it is recommended to use an 850 W power supply (note: depending on the processor model, the number of connected drives and other devices).

As with the NVIDIA Ampere GPU, you also have access to a full suite of hardware and software innovations, such as NVIDIA Broadcast, Encoder, Reflex and RTX IO, as well as a powerful suite of 3D graphics tools, NVIDIA Studio. The Asus GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER ROG Strix White is equipped with a modified NVIDIA AD103 GPU, which brings a 5% increase in performance compared to the regular RTX 4080 version.

The main feature of this model, like other Ada Lovelace cards, is the dedicated processing cores responsible for lighting tracing and DLSS 3.0 supersampling algorithms. These technologies have been greatly improved on the RTX 2000 line, and now offer even higher post-processing quality and overall efficiency, including the new frame gen DLSS 3.0 feature, which increases average FPS and reduces stuttering.
